Destinatarios

This course is for anyone who works or intends to work in the field of Tourism –professionals such as travel agents, program developers, entertainers and hospitality workers, assistants —who wish to improve their language skills, as well as for tourists or teachers and instructors who need to learn the foreign language for this industry.

 

Requisitos

Spanish Level Required

Course Level A:
This is a pre-intermediate level course.
The student needs to have a Basic level of Spanish in order to take it; this is the level you reach when you finish Spanish 1D in UTN. If you do not have that level, we advise you to do Spanish 1 courses first.

Course Level B:
This is an intermediate level course.
The student needs to have an Intermediate level of Spanish in order to take it; this is the level you reach when you finish Spanish 2D in UTN. If you do not have that level, we advise you to do Spanish 2 courses first.

Carga horaria

This is a 50-hour course*.

The student may do one or two units per week so the course can last 5 to 10 weeks; according to the student’s study pace.

The student will have access to the virtual room for three months.

Metodologia

Students will access a virtual room where they will find the study material; additional material; private conversation lessons. Students will be able to check their own progress. Private conversation lessons are given by specialised tutors, who will help students reach their expected communication objectives. There will always be a Coach ready to guide you, advise you on your progress and answer your questions during the course.

 

Certificacion

A los participantes que hayan aprobado el curso cumpliendo con todos los requisitos establecidos, se les extenderá un certificado de la Secretaría de Cultura y Extensión Universitaria de la UTN-Buenos Arires.

Evaluacion

In order to get a Pass Certificate, the student will need to have completed all the Study Units, have a satisfactory performance in the TEST at the end of every unit, take all the Private Lessons and pass the oral interview in the last Private Lesson.
